The Law Offices of Chuong N. Ho is a small boutique law office focused on quality and personal service to individual clients in the areas of estate planning, estate and gift tax law, commercial litigation and general civil litigation.  Based in the Ventura County cities of Moorpark and Agoura Hills, Mr. Chuong Ho also serves clients in Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside counties. 

What We Do

The Law Offices of Chuong N. Ho focuses primarily in estate planning.  Upon the incapacity and subsequent death of an individual, issues related to property managment, health care wishes and probate may arise.  This practice addresses these issues through the means of revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, advanced health care directives, and much more.  Additionally, this office advises on the administration of trusts and estates upon the death of a settlor to assist family members in the fluid transition of passing property from one generation to the next.  Great attention is paid to current estate and gift tax laws in an effort to make the transition efficient and cost effective for everyone involved.  Much of a person's life is spent accumulating wealth and thus, this office is dedicated to preserving that wealth for you and your family. 

Furthermore, having practiced and litigated cases all over southern California's courthouses (from San Bernardino County, to and through Riverside County, Orange County, Los Angeles County, Ventura County and Santa Barbara County), Mr. Ho still maintains a small percentage of his practice devoted to general civil litigation.  This litigation sector of the practice deals in matters related to contract disputes, collections law, and personal injury.
